The hotel offers 350 guestrooms in a six-story building one level above a street-level shopping mall. In keeping with the hotel's colonial-style architecture, rooms feature taupe-colored furniture ornamented by floral designs; mirrors with wrought-iron frames and matching wrought-iron floor lamps; and French balconies (sliding glass doors and railings) overlooking the city or swimming pool. Colorful framed prints display impressions of the leafy city's colonial-era mansions.
Bathrooms with shower/tub combinations contain tan marble. Televisions with 24-inch screens provide pay movies, video games (surcharges), and Internet access (surcharge) via wireless keyboards.
Guests of Fiesta Club rooms on the top floor have bathrobes, slippers, and upgraded toiletries in their rooms.
