Malta International Airport (MLA): Approximate driving time to Cornucopia Hotel is 45 minutes and distance is 8 kilometres (5 miles).

Getting there: The best way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi to the port and take a ferry from Mata to the island of Gozo. The journey takes about 30 minutes. A regular helicopter service links the Malta International Airport with the heliport in Xewkija, Gozo.

Driving directions: From the airport follow the signs to Cirkewwa. From here take the ferry over to Gozo. Then from Mgarr follow the signs to Xaghra and from Xaghra centre to the Cornucopia Hotel.

Getting around: Bicycles and scooters can be hired from the hotel. Considering the size of Gozo, getting around is a relatively easy. An inexpensive way to travel around the island is by bus. They are efficient and reliable and all services originate from and return to the main Victoria (Rabat) bus terminus. All together there are nine routes that cover all the villages of Gozo. Malta is a pleasant 30 minutes ferry journey away from Gozo. One of the many ferries from Mġarr harbour gets you to the mainland for a small fee.
