Insider tip: Locals and visitors gather Friday nights for music, dancing, beer, rum, and food such as grilled fish and barbecued chicken in an open-air "fish fry" adjacent to the daytime fish market at Oistins, one mile away. Guests can walk there, take taxis, or catch public buses and private van-buses that circulate along the main street fronting the Sea Breeze Beach Hotel.
