The front desk is open daily from 7 AM–11 PM. Guests arriving after hours must page a security officer by following the instructions posted on the registration building.

Rooms
Christmas Mountain Village offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with open-air decks. All have kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and coffeemakers. Wood or gas fireplaces are included. Cable TV, DVD players, and VCRs are provided. Some units have jetted tubs or washers and dryers.
