Special Check-in Instructions
The check-in office is located at 78415 US Hwy 40 at the Park Place Shopping Center in downtown Winter Park.
From April to November, check-in time is 4 PM–6 PM. From December to March, check-in time is 4 PM–10 PM. Guests who check in after hours must use the office courtesy phone to obtain the code to the lockbox, which contains keys and directions.
Rooms
Winter Park Premier Townhomes features three- and four-bedroom units with multiple bathrooms. The tri-level town homes have fully equipped kitchens with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Decks feature mountain views; some have private spa tubs.
Other amenities include gas fireplaces, cable TV with DVD players, and complimentary local calls.

The Winter Park Premier Townhomes comprises of guest quarters at Sawmill Station and Red Quill Village. The separate complexes are located in central Winter Park, within three miles from skiing and snowboarding at the Winter Park Resort. The shops and restaurants along US Highway 40, Winter Park's main thoroughfare, are within two blocks of both complexes.
The town homes are on a ski shuttle route, and the property has on-site ski storage and heated garages. Select units have outdoor spa tubs.
