Recreation
The lodge offers an indoor pool, two spa tubs, a sauna, and a small fitness room. A shop on the first floor rents and sells ski and snowboard equipment in the winter.
The slopes of Winter Park Resort are just across Hwy 40 from the lodge. Skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing are available during the winter, along with horse-drawn sleigh rides, snow tubing, and snowcat and dogsled tours.
During the warmer months, the area offers miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as a climbing wall and a miniature golf course. A paved trail runs between the ski resort and the towns of Fraser and Winter Park. Three golf courses are located within 15 miles.
