Special Check-in Instructions
The check-in office is located at 78415 US Hwy 40 at the Park Place Shopping Center in downtown Winter Park.
From April to November, check-in time is 4 PM - 6 PM. From December to March, check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Guests who check in after hours must use the office courtesy phone to obtain the code to the lockbox, which contains keys and directions.
