In May, check-in is at Marketplace Lodge, 4369 4360 Lorimer Road, Whistler, BC. The Marketplace Lodge front desk is open daily from 7 AM–11 PM. Guests arriving after hours in May must check in at Glacier Lodge, 4573 Chateau Boulevard, Whistler, BC. June–November, all check-ins are at Glacier Lodge.

A signed, valid credit card pre-authorization of $250-$1,500 (depending on unit size) is required at registration. Approximate amounts are as follows:

- One-bedroom units with lofts, two-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units with lofts: $500
- Three-bedroom units and three-bedroom units with dens or lofts: $750
- Four-bedroom units, and some larger units: $1,000

Mastercard, American Express, and Visa are the only forms of payment accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after guests’ departure, provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges, or excessive cleaning required.
