Azure - With a sheltered terrace looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel’s contemporary dining room serves modern South African and international dishes as well as specialising in menu featuring local wild fynbos, herbs and plants. Dishes can include West Coast Mussels in a Chardonnay and Saffron sauce, Roast Duck with a Citrus reduction, and local game dishes including Springbok and a seafood platter for two. Desserts can include Honeycomb and Meringue Ice Cream stack or Bea's Baked Cheesecake. Decor is in a modern nautical style, with dark blue and mahogany chairs and crisp white tablecloths. The restaurant also features a Dinner Movie Package, with after-dinner movies shown in the hotel's 16-seater private surround sound cinema.
Cafe - The 24-hour café provides Californian-style light meals and tasty salads round the clock and enjoys sweeping mountain views. Highlights include ice creams, hamburgers, and Tea By The Sea - afternoon tea with all the trimmings including chocolate brownies, cream scones, finger sandwiches and tea or coffee.
The Leopard Room Bar and Lounge – Plush modern interior with sweeping views over the Atlantic Ocean, providing a venue for sundowners with a selection of cocktails from Chocolate Martinis to anything shaken and stirred. Also serves Tea By The Sea. Live entertainment midweek. Serves light meals and a choice of oysters and champagne.
