Choices such as conch salad, lobster-stuffed avocado, grilled lobster, Bahamian-style grouper, wine-poached grouper, grilled beef tenderloin with blue cheese, Cornish game hen, filet mignon with Béarnaise sauce, rack of lamb, quail with raisins. Dress code: Long pants, sleeved shirts, and closed-toe shoes for men.
