Know Before You Go

A $65 cleaning fee (plus tax) is charged during the booking process for reservations of four nights or fewer.

All Premier Vacation Homes are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the screened-in pool area. An additional fee will be charged if a home is smoked in.
