Special Check-in Instructions

Guests must contact management at least three days prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions.

Access to property management is available on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

All accommodations at Florida Team Management are individually decorated. Amenities include full kitchens, separate living areas, cable TV, complimentary local phone calls, VCRs or DVD players, security systems, and safety locks on windows and doors.

Guests have access to either a central swimming pool or to private pools, depending on the accommodation configuration.

Policies

A $300 deposit is collected at check-in.
For stays of less than six nights, the following cleaning fee will be collected prior to arrival:

• $65 for two-bedroom units
  
• $75 for three-bedroom units
  
• $85 for four-bedroom units
  
• $95 for five-bedroom units
  
• $115 for six-bedroom units
  All fees are subject to change.
  Guests must be 21 years old to check in.

Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
