Check-in is at 332 Pine Cone Drive, Davenport, FL. See Location page for driving directions.

The front desk is open from 9 AM–5:30 PM Monday–Friday and 9 AM–1 PM Saturday. It is closed on Sunday. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

This hotel offers three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes with private pools, and three-bedroom townhomes with community pools. All have patios, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers. Cable TV and DVD players or VCRs are included.

Policies

Guests staying three, four, or five nights will be charged a cleaning fee at check-in.
Cleaning fees are as follows:

• Three-bedroom units: $55 plus 7 percent tax
• Four-bedroom units: $75 plus 7 percent tax
• Five-bedroom units: $90 plus 7 percent tax
  All fees are subject to change without notice.

A credit card imprint or $300 cash deposit (subject to change) is collected at check-in.
Gas pool heat is available for $35 per day (subject to change). Electric pool heat is available for $25 per day for a minimum of four days (subject to change).
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on resort policy.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
