Hotel Information: A homage to Atlantic City circa 1940, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas shares the shore of Crescent Lake with other Disney Resort Hotels, and attracts families seeking home-style comforts, including cooking facilities, and hotel-style conveniences. During busy seasons, the boardwalk and main pool are lively; a second pool and other areas of the resort offer peace and quiet.
Amenity highlights: The resort’s pool complex is composed of a huge pool featuring a serpentine 200-foot-long water slide, with a toddlers’ pool and a multi-person spa tub. A quiet courtyard contains another heated pool. The Community Hall offers supervised kids' activities and games. And the Atlantic City–style lakeside boardwalk that fronts the resort provides restaurants, shops, fast-food vendors, an ESPN sports bar/arcade, carnival games, a sing-along bar, and a dance hall.
Insider tip: Guests can walk less than a mile along the BoardWalk for entrance to Epcot® through World Showcase.
Rooms
Alongside Crescent Lake in the Epcot® Resort Area, Disney's BoardWalk Villas contains 524 guest studios and one- and two-bedroom villas in a long five-story building that’s brick-red and pale yellow in color, and styled like a 1940s coastal village.
All units provide porches, patios, or balconies furnished with chairs. Studios include kitchenettes and villas have full kitchens. The homey decor includes pastel walls, white-wood cabinets, floral fabrics, drapes displaying 1930s-era boardwalk scenes, and copper light fixtures hanging above the dining tables.
Ceiling fans provide a cooling option to each unit’s air conditioning. Villas all have VCR/DVD players, and DVDs and videos are available for rent. The units provide high-speed Internet access as well (surcharge). And each villa contains a vacuum cleaner, mop, playpen/crib, and high chair.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

Recreation
The resort's main pool complex comprises a huge, heated, freeform pool featuring a serpentine, 200-foot-long water slide; a toddlers' pool adjacent to a playground; and a seven-person spa tub. Nestled in one of the Villas' courtyards is another heated pool, this one large and generally quiet. Adjacent to that pool is a Community Hall containing video and table games, and offering rental bicycles. Four-person bicycle "carriages" can be rented on the lakeside boardwalk fronting the resort. In addition, the resort has a fitness center that includes Cybex and LifeFitness equipment along with a sauna, steam room, and massage services.
Children’s fishing trips (age 5–12) for bluegills and bass are offered weekdays on Crescent Lake. Adults can book bass-fishing trips for groups of up to five people every day. (Surcharges apply for all fishing trips, with poles and lures included.) The resort includes two lighted tennis courts (use is complimentary) and a 0.8-mile jogging/walking/bicycling path encircling the lake. Five PGA Tour-caliber golf courses lie within Walt Disney World® Resort. Cruise boats (surcharge) accommodate 12 people for trips to view nightly fireworks at Epcot®.

Property Amenities
Supervised children's activities are offered daily in the Community Hall, which contains video games, table games, and popcorn and cotton-candy machines; it also offers bicycle rentals. (Surcharges are assessed for some arts and crafts.) A health club furnished with cardio and weight machines as well as free weights also includes a unisex sauna, and steam and massage rooms. (Daily surcharge for use of facility; surcharge for massage.)
Disney's BoardWalk Villas has an outdoor picnic area with barbecue grills (guests must furnish their own charcoal). Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the resort’s public areas. A laundry room contains coin-operated machines. Disney's BoardWalk conference center near the Villas includes conference rooms and a business center offering business and secretarial services, and computer and pager rentals. Although pets are not permitted at the Villas, kennels are available within Walt Disney World® Resort. This resort also offers complimentary transportation (via motorcoach or boat) to all the Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks, and the Downtown Disney® area.
Disney’s Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney’s Magical Express service. Motorcoaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels, while Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms.

Rollaway beds are not available. Complimentary cribs (infant beds) are available and should be requested at the time of booking. Each studio or villa also contains a playpen/crib and a high chair.

Know Before You Go
Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive airline boarding passes at resort hotels. This service now accepts one bag per passenger for guests who fly AirTran, Alaska Airlines, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, and Northwest Airlines. Guests with multiple bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services (407-284-1231, 7 AM - 11 PM daily) to pay excess luggage fees before checking in. Otherwise, additional bags must be checked at the airport.
Guests flying on United Airlines who utilize Resort Airline Check-In Service are currently exempt from the airline's excess luggage fees.
Guests flying on American Airlines and US Airways who wish to check any bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay their airline baggage fees before checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. Otherwise, guests must check in at the airport.
Effective August 28, 2008, guests flying on Northwest Airlines who wish to check bags through Resort Airline Check-In Service will be subject to airline checked luggage fees.
For all airlines, guests should ensure that their luggage is 50 pounds or less in order to use Resort Airline Check-In Service and that it complies with their airline's baggage policy. Resort Airline Check-In desks cannot accept overweight or oversized luggage. Excess luggage fees vary by airline.
Entertainment
In front of and adjacent to the resort, the lakeside boardwalk features a variety of entertainment choices. Atlantic Dance Hall provides an elegant, 1940s setting for music and dancing (minimum age 21). Nearby, Jellyrolls features dueling pianos, sing-along sounds, and other musical entertainment (minimum age 21). For younger guests there's Midway Games & More for skill games and The Yard Arcade for video games.
Dining
Leaping Horse Libations - This poolside bar resembles a merry-go-round. Menu items include hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, and tropical drinks. Open for lunch.
Bellevue Lounge - The resort’s library bar/lounge contains plants, board games, overstuffed seating, and bar stools, and plays old-time radio broadcasts.
The following restaurants are located on the lakeside boardwalk fronting the resort. Additional restaurants can be found on the 0.8-mile-long walkway around Crescent Lake.
Big River Grille & Brewing Works - This brewery restaurant features fresh beer and a menu of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, ribs, pasta, steak, meat loaf, and more. Décor is contemporary and streamlined. Open for lunch and dinner.
Spoodles - Mediterranean cuisine such as tapas, flatbread pizzas, and paella is served here alongside filet of beef, pasta dishes, and grilled salmon. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; pizza window open to midnight.
BoardWalk Bakery - Take-out sandwiches, bagels, pastries, and breakfast burritos are available for quick and easy snacks. Desserts too. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
ESPN Sports Club - A large sports bar containing an ESPN store and a game arcade, the bar offers a lunch and dinner menu of ribs, steak, fish, burgers, nachos, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.
Flying Fish Café - The café offers American cooking with an emphasis on seafood. Open for dinner only.
