All guests must check in at the Destination Resorts Hawaii office, which is located at the Shops at Wailea, 3750 Wailea Alanui Dr, Suite #B51, Wailea, HI 96753. See Location page for driving directions.
Guests arriving after 9 PM can use the courtesy phone located just to the right of the front doors. Room keys and instructions will be brought to guests.

Renovation Notice
The resort's oceanfront pool is currently being renovated. During this time, a second pool with spa tub will remain open. An expansive, exclusive beachfront lawn area will still be available.
Only a small portion of the condominiums will be directly affected by the construction. Construction will only run from 8 AM - 4:30 PM. No construction will take place on weekends and holidays.
The hotel assures that guests will be minimally impacted by these changes.
