All guests must check in at the Destination Resorts Hawaii office, which is located at the Shops at Wailea, 3750 Wailea Alanui Dr, Suite #B51, Wailea, HI 96753. See Location page for driving directions.
Guests arriving after 9 PM can use the courtesy phone located just to the right of the front doors. Room keys and instructions will be brought to guests.
