The hotel offers a private airport transfer for €42 one way (maximum of three people) or transfer by mini van for €56 (maximum of 8 people). Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall and cost around €35 to the hotel. Alternatively guests can take the CAT (City Airport Train) to Landstrasse then the U4 to Karlsplatz followed by the U2 to Rathaus which is 50 metres from the hotel.
Driving directions: From the airport take the A4 in the direction of Prater. Follow Schuttelstrasse across Rossauerbrucke and straight on till Universitatsstrasse. Turn right onto Universitatsstrasse, then left and along Landesgerichtsstrasse. Drive straight on until Auerspergstrasse and the hotel is on the right.
Much of the centre of Vienna can be easily seen on foot. Vienna’s integrated U-bahn, S-bahn, bus and tram system is very efficient and reliable. Taxis are expensive and can be hailed in the street.
