The Rosemeade - Fine-dining restaurant with garden view, hardwood floors, silver-leaf ceiling, 2.5-m (8-ft) cantilevered fireplace, and linen tablecloths. Seasonal menu, with highlights such as six-hour braised veal cheeks, bacon-wrapped organic chicken, and butter-poached halibut. Open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner only.
The Lounge - Leather furnishings and a 50-inch plasma-screen TV decorate the lobby lounge, which serves light lunches, evening appetizers, and cocktails daily.
