Chef Batty offers six cuts of steak, all treated with an on-site dry aging process and cooked by the kitchen’s Montague overfired broiler, which seals in the flavor and juice with a crisp crust. Other fare, such as lamb, a selection of fresh seafood, poultry, and pasta, is also available, as is Prime Rib on Fridays and Saturdays. Features an extensive wine and liquor selection.
