Special Check-in Instructions
Check-in is at the Beaver Creek Reception Center, 38320 Highway 6 in Avon. The Reception Center is open from 7 AM-9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM-11PM Friday and Saturday during the off-peak season. The reception center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week beginning November 15th. Guests arriving after hours during the off-peak season will find check-in instructions on the reception-center door. Please see the Location section for directions to check-in at the Beaver Creek Reception Center.

Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest.
