Hotel Information: Nestled in Beaver Creek Village, this four-story red sandstone property is conveniently located near some of the resort's top attractions, including Haymeadow Lift and Black Family Ice Rink, both of which are 50 yards away. These spacious, well-appointed condos appeal to affluent travelers who cherish exclusivity amidst all the action a mountain resort offers.
Amenity highlights: Guests enter the resort via its landscaped, circular courtyard. Beaver Creek Mountain, 100 yards away, offers a variety of mountain adventures, and the hotel's fitness center provides a strong work-out, too, one that's easily followed by a stint in the cedar sauna. After a day on the slopes, guests can also unwind in indoor or outdoor spa tubs. An indoor pool offers year-round swims.
Insider tip: Located five miles west of Beaver Creek, the former ranching and farming community of Edwards—founded in 1876—features an old-fashioned movie theater and dozens of unique shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries.
Rooms
St James Place Resort features 108 smoke-free condos. Although the look of each unit may vary, all offer mountain-inspired decor and have kitchens with refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, and dishwashers. All units also have dining areas seating eight. Other amenities include furnished balconies, gas fireplaces, washer/dryers, and TVs. Complimentay high-speed Internet access is available in some units upon request.
Cribs are available for a surcharge, but guests must contact the concierge prior to arrival in order for the cribs to be ordered from an outside vendor. Resort phone number will be included in the reservation confirmation email.

Two miles away in Avon, Nottingham Park offers athletic fields, a playground, and volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Also there are paths for walking, jogging, and biking. The park’s lake is open for ice skating, ice fishing, hockey, and speed skating during winter (rentals available). Paddleboats, canoes, fishing equipment, and mountain bikes are available for rental during the summer.
The area offers recreational opportunities throughout the year, from skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding during warmer months. The Beaver Creek Golf Course is one mile away.
Beaver Creek features 1,625 acres of skiable terrain with 146 trails: 34 percent beginner, 39 percent intermediate, and 27 percent expert. These are accessible by 14 lifts, including seven high-speed quads. The resort has a vertical rise of 3,340 feet and receives an average annual snowfall of 300 inches, plus an annual average of 300 days of sunshine. Beaver Creek includes the resort areas of Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch, and a variety of terrain parks such as Park 101, Zoom Room, and Moonshine Terrain Park and Pipe.
Vail, eight miles east, encompasses 5,289 skiable acres with 193 trails on three main areas. Vail-Front Side is 28 percent beginner, 32 percent intermediate, and 40 percent expert. Back Bowls is 13 percent intermediate and 87 percent expert. Blue Sky Basin is 47 percent intermediate and 53 percent expert. The resort, which has a 3,450-foot vertical rise and averages 66 inches of snow each January, has 34 lifts, including one gondola and 14 high-speed quads.

Know Before You Go
Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room per night will automatically be added to the bill. The entire contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation.
If guests do not wish to make this contribution, they should let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from their bill immediately.
