The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc.). Silva - Stylish terrace bar looking onto the square, surrounded by water with a nine-metre-wide stone water wall. Serves tea and coffee during the day and wines, spirits and speciality cocktails in the evening. Open from mid-morning to late evening.
