Two conference rooms of 115 and 34 square meters (1,237 and 366 feet) with audio/video equipment can be found on the second floor, and copy and fax services are available at the front desk. Each floor includes a machine dispensing complimentary pre-mixed tea as well as hot and cold water. In-room massage services are available for a surcharge.

Tokyo International Airport Narita (NRT): Approximate travel time is 2 hours and distance is 58 km (36 miles).

Getting there: Travelers are advised to take the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport to the Palace Hotel, then proceed by taxi to the Tokyo Green Hotel Ochanomizu. Alternatively, travelers may take the train from the airport station to Awajicho Station, then walk three blocks. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area. From the Tokyo Green Hotel Ochanomizu, guests should take a taxi to the Palace Hotel. A bus travels from the Palace Hotel to the airport 10 times daily. The first bus departs from the hotel at 6:45 AM, the last bus departs at 4:15 PM.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, guests should transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line bound for Ikebukuro. Alighting at Awajicho Station, they should leave the station by exit A3. At the top of the stairs, guests should walk straight and turn left at the first side street, then right at the T-intersection. Turning left at the next intersection, they should go straight, and turn right at the signal. The Tokyo Green Hotel Ochanomizu is on the right side of the street, set away from the sidewalk at the end of a covered entryway.
Guests should take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last departs at 8:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the arrival area on the first floor. Fixed fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct travelers to the first available cab. Guests should ask the driver to stop at the Tokyo Green Hotel Ochanomizu, near Awajicho Station.

Niwa - Relaxed Japanese restaurant serving kaiseki course meals and tempura. Located on the ground floor at the front of the hotel. Wooden floor, tables, and ceiling. Optional counter seating. View of street and bamboo garden. Open from morning to night.
