Renovation Notice
The exterior wall of the hotel will be under renovation 17 August, 2007 – late March, 2008. During the renovation, parts of the hotel exterior would be covered with a safety net and views from guestrooms would be blocked. Other renovation projects will include:
- Drain rehabilitation - early January, 2008 for approximately one month
- Parking lot improvement - February 2008 - March 2008 (unspecified)
- Hotel closed for renovation - 12 January, 2008 – 16 January, 2008

The 14-story Shinjuku New City Hotel contains 400 guestrooms, two restaurants, and six conference rooms. Getting there: Travelers are advised to take the airport limousine bus from the airport to Shinjuku Station, then proceed by taxi to the Shinjuku New City Hotel. Alternately, travelers may take the train from the airport station to Shinjuku Station, then proceed by taxi to the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area. A complimentary shuttle bus for hotel guests travels from the Shinjuku New City Hotel to JR Shinjuku Station between 7:05 AM and 10:25 PM. From Shinjuku Station, a bus travels to the airport 44 times daily. The first bus departs from Shinjuku Station at 5:45 AM, the last bus departs at 6 PM.

The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. At Shinjuku Station, take the West Exit and walk straight ahead to the taxi stand. Ask the driver to stop at the Shinjuku New City Hotel.
A complimentary shuttle bus for hotel guests travels from the Shinjuku New City Hotel to JR Shinjuku Station between 7:05 AM and 10:25 PM. From Shinjuku Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 21 times daily. The first train departs from Shinjuku Station at 6:07 AM, the last departs at 7:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the arrival area on the first floor. Fixed- fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed-fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct travelers to the first available cab. Driver should stop at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel, near Seibu Shinjuku Station.

Important registration notice: The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc.). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
