The Shiba Park Hotel’s in-house day spa Bloom has two treatment rooms. English-speaking therapists are on hand to explain the spa’s massage and skin-care services. Rooms
The Shiba Park Hotel has 386 tasteful, uncluttered guestrooms. Those booked via this Web site are located in the 12-story annex building across from the hotel’s main building. Beds are topped with down comforters, and guestrooms feature stainless-steel ice buckets, plus tea makers, ceramic tea cups, and Japanese-style robes and slippers. Tokyo International Airport Narita (NRT): Approximate travel time is 2 hours and distance is 57 km (35.6 miles).
Getting there: Travelers are advised to take the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport directly to the hotel. Alternately, travelers may take the train from the airport station to Hamamatsucho Station, then walk 0.5 km (0.3 miles) to the hotel. Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote line and get off at Hamamatsucho Station. Exit Hamamatsucho Station by the North Exit, cross the street, and proceed to the left. At the third signal, veer to the right. The Shiba Park Hotel is on the left side of the street, two blocks up from the signal.
Take the JR Yamanote Line from Hamamatsuchoo Station to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last departs at 8:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the arrival area on the first floor. Fixed-fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed-fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct travelers to the first available cab. Travelers should ask the driver to stop at Tokyo’s Minato-ku Ward Office. The ward office is bordered on its north side by the Shiba Park Hotel’s annex building, with check-in located in across the street in the main building.

Japanese Restaurant Hanasanshou Serves Japanese breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Seating available in two reed-floored rooms decorated with Japanese painting and ceramics, or at Western-style tables. The Fifteen’s Brick-walled lounge featuring live jazz performances every Friday night. Open evenings and nights and offers a wide assortment of single-malt Scotch whiskeys. Hosts semi-annual cocktail competitions featuring graduates of the hotel’s in-house bartending school. |
