Located in the first basement level, the Amour Spa offers seven treatment rooms, a yoga room, counseling room, post-treatment relaxation lounge (for female guests only), powder room, spa tub, and a sauna. A private elevator is available for access between the basement level and guestroom floors for the privacy of guests returning to their rooms from spa treatments. |
The Amour Spa’s treatments mix Thai and Balinese oil massage and stretching treatments with aromatherapy and Amour’s original massage techniques.

Recreation
A health club is located on the first basement level. It offers personal trainers, dumbbells, bench press and squat stations with Olympic barbells, strength-training machines, pulleys, and medicine and Swiss exercise balls. Stationary bikes and treadmills each feature a personal monitor for TV or DVDs. Access to the health club is JPY2,100 (US$18) for hotel guests. Rates for personal trainers start at JPY3,150 (US$27) for 30 minutes. The health club is open from 6 AM to 10 PM. Guests under 16 years of age are not admitted.
Yoga lessons are offered in the Amour Spa, which is in the first basement level of the hotel. Guests may choose between a standard program for beginners or a more strenuous energy yoga program. Cost per session is JPY3,150 (US$27).
Guests have access to the outdoor pool at the neighboring Takanawa Prince Hotel, open during the summer season (surcharge).

Narita International Airport (NRT) Approximate travel time is 2 hours and distance is 61 km (38 miles).
Getting there: Guests are advised to take the airport limousine bus from the airport directly to the The Prince Sakura Tower. Alternately, guests may take the train from the airport station to Shinagawa Station, then walk two blocks to the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for guests unfamiliar with this area.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, guests should transfer to the JR Yamanote Line bound for Shinagawa. Guests should then exit the train at Shinagawa. After passing through the turnstile, guests should leave the station by the Takanawa exit. At the bottom of the stairs, guests should turn right and walk until the first traffic signal light. Guests should then cross the street and continue walking up the hill into the Takanawa Prince Hotel/Sakura Tower complex.
A free shuttle bus travel travels between the hotel and Shinagawa Station. From Shinagawa Station, guests should take the JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last departs at 8:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the arrival area on the first floor. Fixed fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct guests to the first available cab. Ask the driver to stop at the Prince Sakura Tower, near Shinagawa Station.
