Mandara Spa contains 11 treatment rooms and separate men’s and women’s sauna, steam rooms, and hydro-bath areas. All treatment courses include use of the hydro-baths at no additional charge. Spa access is limited to guests aged 18 and over. Click the links below for more details.

The hotel has full-service day spa and fitness room on site. The fitness room has weight machines, cycles, and free weights. No staff attending. Access using room keycard.

The Royal Park Shiodome Tower is situated on the 24th to 38th floors of the Shiodome Tower building. A full-service health spa, shops, and a FedEx/Kinko’s business center are all housed within the same building.

Conference/function room(s): The hotel contains one 287 square meter (3,088 square foot) ballroom which can be split into sections of 186 or 101 square meters (2,001 or 1,087 square feet). Five meeting rooms are also available, ranging in size from 20 square meters (215 square feet) to 40 square meters (430 square feet). Internet access, audiovisual equipment, and catering services are available.

Other:Copy and fax services are available at the front desk. Cellular phones may be rented for a fee of JPY1,500 (US$5-$15) plus associated calling costs. Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line bound for Shinagawa. Exit the train at Shinbashi Station and leave through the Shiodome Exit. After passing through the turnstile, turn right and follow the signs for Shio Site. Proceed through Shio Site, following the signs for the Royal Park/Shiodome Tower building. The hotel lobby is located on the 24th floor of the Shiodome Tower building.
From Shinbashi Station, proceed by the JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last departs at 8:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the Arrivals area on the first floor. Fixed fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct travelers to the first available cab. Ask the driver to stop at the Royal Park Shiodome Tower, located in the Shiodome Tower building.
