Renovation Notice

The hotel is currently renovating its connecting walkway to Daiba Station, guestrooms, and restaurant. Renovations are scheduled to be completed in July 2007. The hotel will make every effort to minimise construction noise and related disturbances. Completion dates subject to change.

Recreation

The on-site fitness centre, Le Club, is available for guests 17 years of age and older. Admission is JPY 1,050 (US$9) per day. The centre contains a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, spa tub, sauna, and exercise room. Exercise room equipment includes stationary bikes, treadmills, strength-training machines, bench press and squat stations, a preacher, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and Swiss exercise balls. Personal trainers are available, as well as yoga and boxercise classes. Exercise wear, swimsuits, and athletic shoes are available for rent (surcharge).

A semi-circular outdoor pool with a 20-metre diameter, is open during the summer season. Admission is JPY1,050 for hotel guests.

Grand Pacific Le Daiba offers a fitness club and year-round indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. A beauty salon, women’s boutique, florist, and a gift shop are available on site, as well as convenience stores. Complimentary shuttle buses run between the hotel and Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea three to four times daily.

Grand Pacific Le Daiba has a business centre with PCs with high-speed Internet access, as well as copy and fax services.

Narita International Airport (NRT) Approximate travel time is 1 hour, 30 minutes and distance is 59 km (37 miles).

Getting there: Guests are advised to take the airport limousine bus from the airport directly to Le Meridien Grand Pacific Hotel. Alternately, guests may take the train from the airport station to Diaba Station, then walk one block to the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for travellers unfamiliar with this area.

The airport limousine bus travels from the hotel to Narita International Airport six times daily. The first bus departs from the hotel at 7:05 AM, the last at 4:05 PM.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, guests should transfer to the JR Tokaido Line bound for Atami. At Shimbashi Station, guests should then exit the train, leave the JR station, and transfer to the Yurikamome line. Guests should then exit the Yurikamome line train at Daiba Station. Le Méridien Grand Pacific Tokyo is adjacent to Daiba Station.
Guests should take the Yurikamome to Shimbashi Station, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and exit at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last at 8:03 PM.

Instructions: Taxis leave from outside the airport arrivals area on the first floor. Fixed fare taxis are provided by the Narita International Airport Taxi Council. At the designated fixed fare taxi stand, a concierge will direct travellers to the first available taxi. Guests should ask the driver to stop at Grand Pacific Le Daiba, next to Daiba Station.
