Hotel Information: The front desk of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is located within a two story-lobby atrium supported by marble columns which also offers a view of the hotel garden. Located close, but not adjacent to, the major Shibuya Station, the hotel’s atmosphere is one of relaxed elegance, attracting a mix of leisure travellers as well as professionals visiting the offices of nearby international fashion and information technology companies.
Insider tip: Outside Shibuya Station is the statue of Hachiko, Japan’s most celebrated dog. Every afternoon, Hachiko would wait in front of the station for its master’s return from work. One day, the owner passed away at the office, yet Hachiko continued to wait each day for the next decade. Touched by the dog’s loyalty, the city built a statue in its honor, which is now a popular meeting point for Tokyoites.
