Getting there: Taxis are available at Terminal 3 on Level G. A taxi to Tiberias will cost around US$125. It is recommended that visitors only use registered taxi companies. Israel Railways operate a train service from the airport to Haifa. Get off at the Lev Ha Mifratz stop in north Haifa, next to the bus terminal. From here, bus number 430 runs to Tiberias. All prices are subject to change.

Getting around: Sherut (shared taxis seating up to ten people) are a cheap and popular way of getting around in Israel. A car would be useful for explore the surrounding area. Regular ferry services cross Lake Tiberias.
