Begin in the heart of Venice at picturesque St. Mark's Square, one of the most photographed and celebrated piazzas in Europe. Explore the monumental St. Mark's Basilica, marvel at its gold mosaics, and tour the Baptistry. Continue on to Ducale Palace, renowned for its Gothic architecture and impressive artwork display. Marvel at the palace's superb rooms before passing through the infamous Bridge of Sighs, which used to connect the palace to the prisons. Commentary is available in English daily; French on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; German on Monday and Friday; and Spanish on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Shorts must not be worn and shoulders must be covered to enter the San Marco Basilica. On Sunday, religious events prevent admission to the San Marco Basilica. Commentary is provided in English (daily), French (Tues., Thurs., and Sat.), German (Mon. and Fri.) and Spanish (Wed. and Sat.–Sun.). Children age 5 and younger participate for free. This tour does not operate on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
