After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you.

How to redeem voucher(s): Please present your voucher(s) at one of the two Vancouver International Currency Exchange Desks: Desk #1 is just outside of Canadian Customs for U.S. and International arrivals (daily, 7 AM–11 PM). Desk #2 is located in the general greeting area, just past the Elephant and Castle restaurant (daily, 7:30 AM–11 PM). You may also present your voucher at the Vancouver Lookout!; address and customer-service phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). You will be given your City Passport at this time. In Victoria, pick your pass up at the International Currency Exchange at Victoria International Airport (daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
