Customer service is available 24/7, and with service desks located in both of Narita International Airport's terminals, picking the phone up and returning it is easy. You get a wide selection of phones, and each has a private local number that's available up to three days in advance. Simple book in advance and settle your bill for any minutes used when returning your phone. Insurance to cover loss, theft, damage, and other eventualities is also available upon pick-up.

Plan A (for heavy users): perfect for moguls in need of quick access to local business contacts, or anyone else making frequent calls within Tokyo.

  Rental phones are only available for pick-up and drop-off at Narita International Airport in Tokyo. Pricing is per day; please select the number of days you will require a phone rental when booking: rentals are available from 2- to 31-day durations. Renters wishing to obtain their phone number ahead of time can contact Telecom Square customer service up to three days before their rental (please see printed voucher for contact information). The rental period is calculated on a daily, not hourly, basis. A safety deposit of approx. US$300 (JP¥30,000) on a major credit card is required and will be refunded upon return of the phone.
  

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Contact Telecom Square at least 24 hours before your trip date to ensure your reservation. On the day of your arrival, present your voucher(s), photo identification, and a major credit card at one of the pick-up locations in Narita International Airport. Renters wishing to obtain their phone number ahead of time can contact Telecom Square customer service up to three days before their rental, via phone or email. The customer service phone number and email address appear on your printed voucher(s).
