2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please call Tropical Tours at least 24 hours in advance of your tour at the number listed on the voucher(s). Once you have confirmed your reservation time, a Tropical Tours representative will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please present your voucher(s) to the Tropical Tour representative in order to start the tour.
