Over 400 years ago, this village was an important shipping port with boats and old-fashioned vessels filling the many canals carrying wares between towns and villages. There’s less bustle these days, but vendors and villagers still sell and transport their goods via the waterways.

Your tour of Zhu Jia Jiao includes a cruise and a stroll down ancient streets, over unique bridges, and into the central area with its charming shops and restaurants serving local specialties. Follow along as your guide leads you to beautifully preserved homes, impressive temples, scenic tea houses, and the village’s pride and joy, the five-arch bridge.
