Departure time and location:
Departs every morning; after booking online, please contact Victoria Clipper for exact departure times. The Clipper departs from Pier 69 in downtown Seattle.

Reservation confirmation is required. After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call or e-mail the Victoria Clipper as far in advance of your desired departure date as possible. Vessels are wheelchair accessible. All adult passengers must carry valid photo ID and proof of citizenship. Please be advised, a DWI or DUI conviction is considered a felony in Canada and may prohibit entrance into Canada. Seating arrangements made at time of reservation. Children under 1 year of age ride for free. The Victoria Clipper charges a US$8 fuel surcharge, which is included in the rate of each ticket.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call or e-mail the Victoria Clipper at least 3 days prior to your desired departure date; the customer service phone number and e-mail address appear on your printed voucher(s). Space is limited and you will not be guaranteed a place on the tour until reservations are made. When calling, please have the full name, date and place of birth, and citizenship information available for each passenger; this may include a driver's license, a passport, a birth certificate, or a visa. When you call to make reservations, indicate that you have vouchers and have the vouchers available. Please be sure to bring all of your vouchers with you on the day of your reservation.
