Segway Waterfront Tour

See San Francisco's waterfront district as you never have before—aboard a Segway, the world's first (and only) two-wheeled, self-balancing electric transporter. The guided tour includes visits to the National Maritime Museum, Fort Mason, Marina Green, Fisherman's Wharf, and more.

Invented in 2001, the Segway is a totally unique form of personal transportation that makes the golf cart look downright prehistoric. Step aboard its sturdy platform and prepare to cover some ground: Your Segway will make a mile seem like a city block. Plus, the Segway is easy to use. All it takes is a 30- to 40-minute training session, and then the guided tour begins.

New for 2008, the i2 Segway fleet has arrived! Come experience new lean-steer technology on San Francisco's scenic streets.
