  The upper deck of the bus is not wheelchair accessible. Children ages 4 and younger participate free of charge. Tour guide gratuities are not included and are at the participant's discretion.
  
  

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are not required. Please bring your voucher(s) to the redemption location on the day of their activity, and present their voucher(s) and photo ID. You may contact City Sightseeing at the number listed on your printed voucher for exact pick-up times and locations. City Sightseeing San Francisco makes 10-minute stops and takes vouchers at 2 of its points:
1. Stop 1: (at the beginning of the tour) Fisherman's Wharf.
2. Stop 8: (1 hour into the tour) Union Square, at Macy's on Geary Street between Stockton and Powell.
Once customers exchange voucher for tickets, they can get on and off at any of the 12 stops.
