Tickets are valid once per attraction per day, but there is no limit on how many attractions you can visit in one day. You will not be able to pick up tickets to use on a future date; all attraction admissions and discounts on day tours must be used on the same day as you present your card. Although you may redeem your voucher(s) at any time during your stay, your Go San Francisco Card is only valid for the length you've booked (1-day, 3-day, or 5-day). Because of the number of attractions available at any given time, no rain checks are offered on services that are weather dependent.

Redemption Details
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please present the voucher, along with a photo ID, to The Wax Museum at Fisherman’s Wharf, 145 Jefferson Street, (Mason and Taylor Streets), Mon-Fri 10 AM–9 PM, Sat & Sun 9 AM–9 PM. Take the F-Line to Fisherman’s Wharf. Please note: The card is activated the first time you use it. It is then valid for that day and the number of consecutive calendar days that you have purchased. Tickets are valid once per attraction per day, but there is no limit on how many attractions you can visit in one day.
