Redemption Details
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required. Please contact Freestyle Catamarans at least 7 days in advance of arrival in Puerto Plata to reserve your preferred tour date; the customer service phone number and e-mail address appear on your printed voucher(s). On the day of your deep-sea excursion, please proceed to the Flamenco Beach Hotel's Water Sports Centre in the Playa Dorada complex, with your printed voucher(s) and photo identification. If you prefer pick-up service, you will be charged a nominal fee at the of service. When you are picked up at your hotel, please present your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the ticket agent; one voucher per person. All sailings are subject to inclement weather.
