The most recently created National Park in the Dominican Republic, El Choco offers a mosaic of landscapes for you to explore. Experience the wonder of the jungle while trekking through caves and forested areas. Look for native tropical flora and fauna–including the Vervain Hummingbird, the second smallest hummingbird in the world.

This adventure is suitable for hikers of all levels. Iguana Mama reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. You must contact Iguana Mama Tours at least 2 days prior to your preferred hiking date to reserve your date; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). At the time of your hike, you will be required to present your voucher (one per person) and photo identification.
