Tour departs from the Grand Canyon Airlines terminal at Grand Canyon Airport, located on North Highway 64 in Grand Canyon, Arizona. Departure times are subject to seasonal variations; please see note below.

Same as departure location.

Reservations are required. You must contact the supplier at the number on your printed voucher at least 24 hours prior to your tour to confirm departure time and pick-up location. Passengers weighing more than 275 pounds (125 kg) will be charged for an additional seat. Gratuities are not included in ticket cost. A US$10 per-person fuel fee will be charged at the time of check-in.

On the day of your tour, please arrive at the Grand Canyon Airport at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. You will need to have both your printed voucher(s) and photo identification available.
