When you reserve your activities and services you will be asked to print vouchers to present when you arrive at your destination. How to redeem your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmations are required. Please call Home of the Brave Tours at least 3 days prior to your desired tour date to confirm your pick-up time and location; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). After checking in at your hotel, you must call to reconfirm your hotel room number for pick-up service. When you are picked up, present your printed voucher and a photo ID to the tour guide.
