Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please call Empire Vacations, at the phone number listed on your voucher, at least 48 hours prior to your desired tour date to confirm your tour and departure time. When calling, you may be asked to provide a contact number. On the day of your tour, you must bring your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the New York Airport Service Terminal located across the street from Grand Central Station. Look for the Empire Vacations sign directing you to the check-in location.
