Transportation:
Pickup is available from hotels located along the highway from Puerto Morelos to Tulum, as well as all hotels in Playa del Carmen and PlayaCar. Please contact a Best Day representative to confirm your pickup location.

Note:
Children must be at least 4 1/2 feet tall (1.37 meters) and at least 4 years old to participate. Best Day Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these minimum safety standards. All Best Day customer service representatives speak English.

Redemption Details

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
If you purchased ground transportation with Best Day, you will receive an invitation to meet with your Best Day representative upon your arrvial in the Cancun airport. During that meeting you will exchange your voucher(s) for Best Day coupons, as well as reconfirm your reservation. If you did not purchase transportation, please call the Best Day Tours main office to schedule a meeting with your a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s); the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s).
