Go behind the scenes of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). With a packed capacity of up to 99,000 fans, and known as “the G,” this is a super stage for Australian sports—including the centerpiece stadium for the 1956 Olympics, the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, and International Cricket and Australian Rules Football.

Option 2 :
Experience the thrill of walking onto Rod Laver Arena (RLA) at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, home of the Australian Open Tennis Championships, and one of the world’s busiest sports and entertainment precincts. See the players’ change rooms where top tennis players prepare for victory at the Australian Open Championships each January. Go backstage and explore the stars’ dressing rooms. Delve into the history of the concerts and sporting events held at the various arenas in the area.

After stopping off for an awesome lunch overlooking the Telstra Dome arena, set out for the Official Neighbours Tour to see where all the magic happens. Already having passed a 4,000th-episode milestone with 20 years in production, Neighbours is an internationally popular TV soap. You’ll visit famous Ramsay Street, where you can reminisce about the memorable moments and twisting plot lines, and if you’re lucky, you might even see filming! Be sure to have your camera on hand to snap shots of all the characters’ houses, Erinsborough High, and the studio complex. Your guides will provide you with plenty of laughs and dish on all the newest gossip.
