The ceremony
Whether you are saying your vows for the first time or renewing them, make this day personal and romantic. The coordinators are happy to help you find the perfect beach location to exchange your vows. Not sure what to say in your vows? Sample vows can be sent for you to look over and tailor to reflect your personal relationship. The ministers are non-denominational, though you may select a minister from a particular sect or church; there may be an additional fee for this service.

Privately catered dinner for two
After your beautiful ceremony, relax as you enjoy a delicious, privately prepared dinner for two. Make your selections from an eclectic variety of salads, appetisers, pastas and entrées, and desserts. You may both choose different items from the menu and then share! Start your dinner with a classic Caesar salad or a Hawaiian Waldorf; share plates of spring rolls or Cajun seared scallops; enjoy a plate of fettuccini Alfredo or a filet mignon; and don't forget dessert! Pre-wedding arrangements:
The coordinators make all the arrangements prior to your arrival, including: securing all the vendors, the flower and tuxedo selection, and arranging colour schemes. Once you have made all your decisions, they order and confirm every detail. Any items that need to be picked up—the bouquet and leis, the cake, and any other food and drink—are taken care of by the wedding coordinators. They even make sure all of the legal details and applications are not forgotten.

You may have up to three guests attend the ceremony; check with your coordinator regarding pricing for additional guests to the catered dinner or changes to any other items and services offered in the above package. Your wedding coordinator can work with you to customize your special day. All beaches in Hawaii have public access; for guaranteed privacy you may request a private location for an addition fee.

You may pre-select your dinners from a supplied list of menus, including salads, appetisers, and entrées, and then enjoy an intimate dinner prepared by a private chef on the day of your ceremony. Only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on Maui's public beaches. Though the ministers are non-denominational, you may select a minister from a particular sect or church, but there may be an additional cost. Prices do not include gratuities.

After you book your wedding or vow renewal, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
