You must call Madeira Wind Birds at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to confirm your pick-up location. Complimentary pick-up is only available from hotels in Funchal and Caniço. If you are staying elsewhere on the island, Madeira Wind Birds will arrange for pick-up in central Funchal or Caniço. Please hand your voucher(s) to your guide before the start of the tour.
