Los Angeles, often called "The Cultural Capital of the West Coast," has become a world center for contemporary art and architecture, a great deal of which is showcased in downtown LA. Covering 8 city blocks and led by knowledgeable guides, this walking tour focuses on a variety of cultural landmarks, artists, and architects, including:

  An added plus is the tour's "Live-Audio" listening system. The guide broadcasts commentary over a headset microphone to participants, who use audio headsets with individual volume control. Note that this is not a pre-recorded tour but rather a way of making sure everyone can hear, no matter where they're standing or what city noises surround them.
