After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:

How to exchange your voucher(s):
On the day of your tour and tea, please make your way to the concierge desk of the Thistle Victoria hotel at 1:30 PM; the full address appears on your voucher. A Golden Tours representative will be waiting for you. Please present your voucher in exchange for tickets for Buckingham Palace and afternoon tea. The nearest Underground station is Victoria on the Victoria, District, and Circle lines.
